Spark docker images usage policy

Hi Team,

Have few questions over spark image usage in production use cases.

1. These images hosted on public ECR free to use and there is not license issue ? Are they covered under any standard license like Apache/MIT ?
2. Can we rely on spot team that they will maintain and release the latest spark version images in future also ? means its actively maintained ?
3. Can we get the dockerfile which is being used for building these docker images?
4. Can we use these images for commercial use? Is there any terms and conditions around using it in commercial application?
