Support InetAddress filtering for HTTP Clients

Based on the prototype work in KJ202#6 we'd like to offer InetAddress filtering for HTTP clients. This will allow users to apply Spring Security InetAddressMatcher instances to improve security.

This is blocked on the Spring Security code moving from web to core. @rwinch, is there an issue for that so that we can see when the move's happened?
