Missing ability to set up child parent relationship between story and tasks

There doesn't seem to be a way to create a child task of a story.

You should be able to set the parent attribute of the child task to the id of the story you'd like it to be apart of.

Does not seem to indicate the existence of a 'parent' field in POST for items.json

That's totally where it should be listed. It may be undocumented, but I can check into it. Were I you, I'd just try it as I suspect it'll work as I described above.

Looks like those docs are not up to date. Looks like that endpoint will accept the parent parameter, which would be the parent item number. You can also issue a POST to the children endpoint here to create a new child item of that parent.

Keep in mind that only "stories" (aka items of the type story) can have children..
