I want to confirm, is this code public domain?
I built something very similar to this in 2013 using Flash, you can see my website here (www.makingthemusic.com) and see the multitrack mixer by clicking the "Launch Demo" button and enable Flash if your browser has disabled it. Now that Flash is being phased out, I'm looking to update it to work in HTML5 and I'm thinking this code might be the thing to use and just adjust my own layout to be the horizontal wave form layout your example uses but alter the style to be similar to what I've currently got. Can I use this code?
Lastly, I'm a novice coder, and although I dove into Flash and figured everything out to get all the features I wanted to work, I'm not sure how much more I'll need to figure out to integrate this code and get the HTML5 working the way I want. Any chance you'd be interested in helping me adapt this code, not do it all yourself by any means, but maybe answer a few questions if any come up as I'm working. If you wouldn't mind helping, what's a good way to connect? If not, thanks anyway and I'll just wait to hear about whether I can use this code or not.
