How can we use the newer GHC and package sets?

As far as I know, we don't have an easy way to use the newer GHC than nixpkgs.pkgs.haskellPackages supports.
The current latest version is 9.8.4, but if I want to use 9.10, how can I accomplish it?
I'm considering using haskellPackages's CI script to generate the corresponding package set for 9.10.
But it seems that there is work to be done. Do we have an easier way to achieve the same thing?

You can use @locallycompact's horizon package sets with haskell-flake. We don't have documentation on this yet but see srid/haskell-template#123 for some ideas.
