Would love to see either this extension updated to auto-set as mentioned in this issue with copilot compatibility or copilot compatibility added to the jira prefixing package.

I tend to use copilot to auto-generate commit messages but when I do it overwrites the jira key and it doesnt get put back without clicking the button.

@aliceroherty Interesting, I rarely use copilot, so never caught this interaction. Would you mind opening an issue? I'll try to get it to work

@aliceroherty I got it working with this config in my VS Code user settings:
