"Ready" detection

You must search "ready", not "Ready" at line 81 of ESP8266.cpp.

Ramón,

That depends on the version of the firmware you are running. The version I have installed uses "Ready" instead of "ready". Looks like we might need to have the library select a the response to search for based on the version number.
