[BUG] Brew tap needs to be updated for updated gh repo

Unable to install from homebrew

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run command brew tap sstraus/settingssentry
2. See error

Cloning into '/opt/homebrew/Library/Taps/sstraus/homebrew-settingssentry'...
remote: Repository not found.
fatal: repository 'https://github.com/sstraus/homebrew-settingssentry/' not found
Error: Failure while executing; `git clone https://github.com/sstraus/homebrew-settingssentry /opt/homebrew/Library/Taps/sstraus/homebrew-settingssentry --origin=origin --template= --config core.fsmonitor=false` exited with 128.

Expected behavior
Was expecting clean install of Settings Sentry

Environment (please complete the following information):

• OS: [e.g. macOS 26.3]
• Version [e.g. 1.2]

Additional context
Seems like Github Repo was renamed
