Split from #139 (the rest of which shipped). The backend's matchesFilters supports ~11 dimensions but the FiltersBar UI exposes only country/device/browser, and report rows aren't clickable to drill down (Fathom/Plausible-style click-a-row-to-filter). Scope: make panel/detail rows set the corresponding filter on click; add the missing dims to the FiltersBar; show active-filter chips with clear buttons.
