Proxy - checkbox for users behind a proxy

Hi, nice helper - 👍

• Can you please add support for a proxy check box, so users can check it. It would also be nice to show an alert message if we could auto detect the proxy.
• On the wiki page an ASP MVC 4.5/5 Login form sample would help new years get off the ground.
• Dont believe this belongs here, but an option for rendering the login without the _Layout Header option would also be nice, since the login forms are typically bare screen.

thank you for your feedback. But please note that this is actually still pre v1.0. Im working on it to get it better but it's still in process and i don't have much time to work on it those days. Yesterday i created the main content of the Readme.md-file.

I don't get your first point. What proxy do you mean? Do you want to hide the Captcha and only show a checkpox??
On the second point, it's like i sayed im currently working on it, but in the repo there is a Demo-Project which implements the helper. The second point is the Readme.md file.
And on the last point: You can render it wherever the @html exists. I think this yould work in bare screens to if they are a view. They don't have to be a partial view.
