Add track time-bounded comments & zap reactions [feature]

User Story

As a Stemstr enjoyer listening to a track, I would love to see when others reacted to a track, so that I can make my music enjoying experience more interactive & build up anticipation of beat drops.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Stemstr-ers can see when exactly others commented on a track (e.g. at 1:21)
2. Stemstr-ers can see when exactly others zapped a track & artist (e.g. at 1:21)
3. Stemstr-ers can see who zapped or commented on a track (profile picture + username)

Questions
How might non-zap, anon-zap reactions be displayed relative to zaps?
