Add ability to toggle line wrapping when viewing raw versions of Project files

A user gave us feedback that it can be tiresome to have to continually scroll back and forth horizontally in order to read the contents of a file.
We should support toggling line wrapping when reading the raw source contents of the files.

Partially relates to work being proposed in #959
