On `macOS`, when I click outside the init window, I loose it and cannot get it back until restart of the app

Describe the bug

As a user,
When I start the app and get the first initial window
When I click outside the window to make something else
Then the window disappears
Then I must kill the app still in the dock and start it again to get the window

Expected behavior

Keep the window displayed even if I clicked elsewhere

• App: 1.2.1
• Binary used: GitHub.Security.Alerts_1.2.1_universal.dmg

Note this issue occurs for other windows like the one I get when the personal access token has been used
