No installation instructions

It would be nice if installation instructions were provided.

I'm a novice at Ruby & Rails and Redmine, but if I get it working, I'd be happy to contribute some docs.

I should probably add that I'm trying this with Redmine 2.x; there's nothing to say whether it works with Redmine 2.x or only older versions, either.

I forked the repo and make it Redmine 2.x compatible in a branch:

I can prepare a pull request, although I imagine the changes I made to make it Redmine 2.x compatibie will stop it working under earlier versions, which may not be desirable.

For Redmine 2.x compatibility changes, maybe I can look at the diff but definitely it will be in a separate branch if we accept the request.

Turned out installation was dead easy, once I'd sorted Redmine 2.x compatibility (which was quite easy too), so I haven't written much in instructions beyond "drop it in your plugins dir" really.

As for the Redmine 2.x compatibility, you can see the diff at the branch linked above (along with the very brief note on installation requiring nothing clever) - hope it's of some use. I can confirm that the plugin is working fine under Redmine 2.x for me. :)
