stuck on splatnet 3 display error

so ive set everything up and everything was working until i got the the splatnet 3 error thing, it says in the video that was made about this that it should just work if you leave the emulator open for long enough, but i left it open and retrying for about 45 minutes but nothing happened, someone said to download a webview thing but its incompatible with the pixel 4 so i dont really know what to do
