built-in version of defaultbrowser CLI throws an error in Big Sur+

After installing the workflow, macOS Big Sur (and higher) won't run the unsigned code. You can manually fix this by locating the binary in Finder, right-clicking, and choosing `Open` and approving it. But it would be much better if there were some way to simplify that process on first run, or something similar.
