Clarify the license string and link in the footer component #86
Description
All of the La Suite repositories use the MIT license, but the translation strings and the hardcoded license link all reference the etalab 2.0 license.
Can we expect the repositories to be changed to etalab 2.0 at some point? Or should the UI kit be updated to reference MIT instead?
