I am a GSSoC 2026 contributor,
I would love to work on this issue. I have gone through the code base and found that you are using the use state in the topnavbar.tsx to change the state
I will be changing the color in the dark class to white or any other visible color

I would love to claim this issue! Low text contrast in dark mode greatly impacts readability and web accessibility (WCAG compliance). I'd like to fix this to ensure a smooth user experience.

My Proposed Implementation Plan:

1. Identify Affected Elements: I will locate the specific pages/components where the text merges with the dark background (e.g., global body text, cards, navbars, or headers).
2. Apply High-Contrast Text Rules:
   • If the project uses Tailwind CSS, I will add appropriate dark:text-slate-100 or dark:text-white utility classes to the parent or text wrappers.
   • If the project uses Custom CSS / CSS Variables, I will update the .dark or .dark-mode selectors (or the respective theme variables) to ensure the text scales to a readable color (like #F8FAFC or #FFFFFF).
3. Accessibility Audit: I will use DevTools to verify that the text-to-background contrast ratio meets at least the WCAG AA standard (4.5:1).

My Proposed Implementation Plan:
