[doc] SUSE Observability is missing in "Component Versions"

A sales colleague raised a discrepancy that SUSE Observability is missing in the release note, although it is included in our SKUs.

@jiwonhu Can you please let me know if you would like us to include this information only for the 3.4 version of Edge documentation? Also, I would also need the following information to proceed:

• Version
• Helm Chart Version
• Artifact Location (URL/Image)

Hi @ranjinimn , sorry for late response, I had had a chat with the engineering some time ago. SUSE Observability is currently not tested as part of our stack, partially because its huge resource requirement. Engineering was not comfortable putting its artifacts and versions without validating the full stack. We are not seeing a huge demand for this component yet so this would take time.
