update demo experience

• On the demo template, add a fourth header called addon which links to the /demo page.
• when sv create, addons should not prompt to add demo if the template is demo
• rename /demo to /addon

I do like the idea.
Couple of questions:

• Should we ask the user? - Probably not.
• Which addons will this set up? All of them? Or only the ones that provide a demo? (currently better-auth and paraglide)
• /addon would indeed make sense to avoid confusion with the demo template. But what about if you selected the minimal project? I think /demo would be more appropriate in that case, but we should avoid mix and matching this. But /addon should get the job done as well.

Ok, I don't think we have a central way of identifying such addons at the present time, but surely something we can add quite easily.

I dont really understand the scope of this feature. So I'll implement the other ones for now.
