Please release @sveltejs/adater-netlify from version-3 branch

The version-3 branch adds @netlify/functions to the dependencies which unblocks an update in my project.

You should be able to use the latest unreleased changes by installing the URL mentioned at #15497 (comment) while swapping out the package name or commit hash.
