UTCW is not supported by geoJSON converter #29
Description
The OFMX to geoJSON converter does not handle UTCW which may cause wrong time translations when across midnight activities are planned on days where DST (daylight savings time) either begins or ends.
For now, a workaround forces AIPP to always write UTC, see commit ae0b690, but this is not correct and cannot encode all possible cases.
