This package contains the External Assemblies used by WEC2 CLient

To update or add to the files:

1. add/replace existing files in the "lib" folder
2. change the version tag in the .nuspec file
3. run nuget pack WEC2.ClientExternalLibs.nuspec
4. ????? update GH Packages ??????
