wrap-java: Currently attempts to regenerate all of JavaStdlib crashes

.build/arm64-apple-macosx/debug/swift-java wrap-java --swift-module SwiftJava

generates well for most of the codebase, but then crashes with illegal hardware instruction this must not be happening :)

Tested on Linux (x86_64).
Swift version: 6.2.3 (swift-6.2.3-RELEASE).
Command used: .build/debug/swift-java wrap-java --swift-module SwiftJava.
The command completes successfully without crashing.
This suggests the illegal instruction may be specific to macOS arm64 / Apple Silicon.

I believe this is solved now thanks to @sidepelican and work on #627 🥳
