Handle upload failures with retry or concurrent upload limit (queue more)

Hi,

This is mainly a feature request. On my first time with multiuploadfield I went straight in with 178 files, circa 170KB each! The UI acted great! However, about half of the uploads failed randomly. I scrolled down while the whole process was taking place and noticed queuing - nice touch.

1. Perhaps upload failures could be mitigated by added an option to the preferences UI and/or config.php to limit the number of concurrent uploads and queue more.
2. Automatically or manually retry failed uploads (it wasn't clear to me that clicking on 'upload failed' would just remove the failed upload - I was hoping it would retry :) )
