TUI invoice refresh should show expense subtotal diff (CLI parity)

Problem

CLI ttd invoice refresh prints expense subtotal before/after when it changes. TUI refresh modal (u on invoices screen) does not surface expense subtotal diffs.

Expected

TUI refresh footer/modal shows expense subtotal changes matching CLI output.

Context

CLI parity gap found during expenses documentation work.
