It would be useful to view your trajectory and camera frustum while scanning, allowing you to see what areas have been captured and what areas may need more detail.
Perhaps, the MR view could be rendered in greyscale until enough color pointcloud data has been captured ... that would require creating some pointcloud data on-device, however, which is somewhat more complicated.
Additionally, being able to choose views in a selective image mode (take image with controller button) could be useful for Gaussian Splatting workflows.
