Changes not saved

While the UI seems to allow adding or changing entries, they are all lost when data gets reloaded from the static json file on startup.

I think this note should be mentioned somewhere rather than waiting for the user to realize after the fact.

Thanks for the ideas though.  I'll try to figure out how to make this persist.
