Shared Drives with no Organizers?

Hi Ross,

If I understand what this is doing--by no means a certainty--it's dependent on organizers being present on the shared drives that are being reported on. The organization I'm with has recently done a large scale purge of old user accounts and we've got a number of shared/team drives (~7000) that have now been orphaned or only have members external to our organization. I'm being asked to try to find how many MB/GB/TB etc. are in those drives before they proceed with purging them. Short of manually searching all of them one at a time in the GW admin console do you have any ideas on how this might be done?

Hi Kevin - For what it's worth, I use the admin console to lookup the shared drives and sort by usage and filter out , https://admin.google.com/ac/drive/manageshareddrives and use the "table scrape" extension to export that to a csv file https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/table-scrape/ocglnchcpdjocppfepejjddgieoodaep?pli=1 and then pull it back into a google sheet, delete columns I don't need, and use that to help figure out where storage is being used and how much. This sheets formula - for the value in cell F1 will convert it back to a number so you can sort the column or do stuff with it. =LEFT(F1,LEN(F1)-2)/10^((MATCH(RIGHT(F1,2),{"PB","TB","GB","MB","KB"},0)-4)* 3) Anyway, I just wanted to share some options..
