Bad php-usb link. Any test on php 7?

This was a great find as I need to automate some label printing using PT-P700.
But I see code is outdated. php-usb link provided is broken.

Also with major changes in php 7, would this work on PHP 7?
I will check if i can port your code to a recent usb layer code and get it working.

I haven't looked into porting it to a newer version of php.
I did start a rewrite of it in C (less dependencies on external php modules).
But I haven't finished that, last commit is almost 2 years ago
