keystone/orientation/depth adjustment?

Can PhotoDemon handle orientation adjustment to straighten buildings etc which appear to be leaning backwards? I think it called keystone adjustment. I would like functions as on the iphone photos app which allows tilting up/down and left/right adjustement for depth perception etc. I hope I explain correctly.

Effects > Transform > Perspective is the tool you're looking for. It provides full control over all four image corners. (This allows for more complex corrections than the "tilting" approach iOS uses.)

Thanks for getting back to me Tanner. The perspective tool does what I'm looking for, and as you say allows for more correction. Although the iOS tilt approach does make it simpler. I appreciate your quick reply.

Would it be possible to incorporate the Perspective Effect as a tool? The preview window is quite small to work with, but we can zoom the canvas to get more precision as can be seen in GIMP and other software. While the Perspective corners can be dragged to fill the available space to get more precision, it crops the layer to the canvas size and loses any pixels outside.
