[BUG] - Save As dialog resizing Windows 11 "hides" elements/controls #705

Version information

PD 2025.4.72 Windows 11

Describe the bug

The "Save as" format options dialog can be resized but behaves differently under Win10 v Win11

On Win10: The preview area has a minimum size and you can't make it smaller, also the options remain visible/accessible. It seems to adhere to the minimum size you've set for this.

On Win11: The preview area can be nearly hidden and options can become inaccessible, so the minimum size is not respected? It also different for various formats (see images below)

How can I reproduce the bug?

Windows 11, save as, resize the gui under various format (see PNG, JPG, GIF and TIFF below)

Expected behavior

Same as Win 10 everything should be "fixed" to a minimum size so everything remains accessible.

Note that my Win11 PC uses a 150%, something you may also notice with the TIFF options below
where some of the "dropdown" lists overlap with other text/buttons.
The OK button also crowds the preset dropdown.

Of course making it bigger solves all problems :) but its a bit strange it works as expected on my Win10 and not on my Win11.

Sample images and/or screenshots

TIFF: dropdown look a bit cramped

GIF: preview area is fixed here but controls are hidden

Image

JPG/PNG options remain visible but preview becomes microscopic as well as the buttons beneath it.
