I am unable to get drag and drop to work using the example in the latest chrome and ie, it appears if their is no event listener being added to the page, even thought uploadManager.attachDragEvents('dropfiles', options); has been called ?

I have made a test in IE11 and it looks like you are right, there is a problem with this. I will inspect that.
