Class setTdlibParameters has some fields for app identity in Devices:
string device_model_;
string system_version_;
string application_version_;
But really in my app I can change only field application_version_;
Another one field may be showed as registered apiId (my registered API Name). I check this later.
How change third field ???

You also pass api_id in setTdlibParameters. The shown data depends on api_id, device_model, system_version and application_version.

And as I said multiple times, this mechanism is different in different apps. You can check the code of a specific app to find the details for the app, but then every other app will use a different algorithm.
