The activity feed does not immediately update when custom details are saved -- you have to click away from the bill, then back to the bill to see the new edit reflected in the activity feed. I'm assuming this has to do with caching. I don't think this is a huge deal at the moment, since I think most people just look to see that the newly added info is reflected in the custom advocacy details section, not the activity feed section. But, something we should probably address at some point.
