Object RISC / Ouroboros — third-party font asset notices

The Object RISC project itself is MIT-licensed (see LICENSE).  This NOTICE
covers third-party bitmap-font assets baked into the window manager's font
faces, which carry their own attribution requirements.

OPEN LOOK glyph font and Lucida bitmap fonts
--------------------------------------------

The WM's OPEN LOOK chrome faces are baked from the OpenLook CD-ROM BDF
sources (Ian Darwin's OpenLook CD-ROM; the XView/OLGX X11 distribution):

  * font_luRS  — Lucida Sans (proportional), title bars and menus
  * font_lutRS — Lucida Sans Typewriter (monospace), body face
  * font_olgl  — the OPEN LOOK glyph font (pushpins, menu marks, rings,
                 check boxes, 2D menu pins, resize corners, scrollbar
                 arrows)

These bitmaps are subject to the following copyrights:

  Copyright (c) 1989 Sun Microsystems, Inc.  Mountain View, CA.
  Copyright (c) 1985, 1986 Bigelow & Holmes.

Lucida is a registered trademark of Bigelow & Holmes.

The fonts are used under the royalty-free copyright / design-patent license
that accompanies the OpenLook CD-ROM, which permits commercial use of the
glyph and font assets provided the above copyright notices are carried in
the documentation and source.  Those notices are reproduced here, and are
also baked into every generated face's header comment (see
ouroboros/wm_fonts.h, ouroboros/wm_fonts_olgl.h, and tools/gen_wm_font.py).

The "OPEN LOOK" trademark has expired; the name is free to use.

Sun Microsystems' BDF permission notice (from the olgl source) reads, in
part: "Permission to use, copy, modify, and distribute this software and
its documentation for any purpose and without fee is hereby granted,
provided that the above copyright notices appear in all copies and that
both those copyright notices and this permission notice appear in
supporting documentation ... It is provided 'as is' without express or
implied warranty."
