Publish Common to NPM #4
Description
We need to prepare and publish our shared component library as an NPM package under the scope @techletariats/common. The goal is to provide a clean, typed, and consumable build that developers can easily install, import, and use in other projects. The package should include type declarations, proper entry points, and peer dependencies for React.
