Travis-only 0.4 failures

For the last two days, PRs / commits that pass locally on 0.4 have been failing on Travis, e.g. #59. If it's not just a bad Julia nightly (goes away in a couple days), we need dig into it.

Travis is now turned on on LibExpat.jl, and the segfaults are showing there now, so hopefully it will be resolved soon.
