Sometimes a switch command (On or Off) is executed, sometimes not. It seems, that the 1st attempt has a better success rate. I used the provided example listing in a .Net 5 environment. I use the provided nuget package. For testing I tried also .Net Framework 4.72: No difference.
I never had any exceptions or other signs of problems. The SendRequest just don't work in many cases. This happens very often. I would say 8 of 10 SendRequest fail.
First I thought there might be a problem with the really cheap hardware. Therefore I tried the very same with pyBrematic. During my tests with pyBrematic all switch commands were successfull.
Hardware: Some RCS1000N + a GWY433.
