[Bug][DropDownList] DropDownList cannot always be focused via tab press

Description

DropDownList cannot always be focused via Tab key press when placed inside a Window component and filterable={true}. The issue is specific to Windows, not reproducible on Mac.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open this demo in Window browse - https://stackblitz.com/edit/react-cwmhacwp-ar46tqhv?file=app%2Fapp.tsx
2. Start tabbing until the Dropdownlist is focused and opened
3. Then continue tabbing and observe that the Dropdownlist will be never focused again

Actual Behavior

The focus is not brought back to the DropDownlist when pressing Tab

Expected Behavior

The DropDownlist should be focussed again after several Tab presses
