[Feature Request] be-go: Add Go support

Thanks for the interesting project.

I have checked the issues and the target languages, however, I couldn't find any plans for Go.

It would be lovely to have Go support.

I agree that Go would be very good to have.

There's a fair amount of effort in making a new target, but they can be worked relatively independently from other aspects of the code base. The primary strategy is to work through passing what we call "functional tests". For example, here are the tests currently being passed by the C++ target.

Yeah. Go is a language we looked at in detail when coming up with our failure handling idioms. But not one that we've got working yet. My experience with Go (all pre generics) make it seem like it should be a good fit.
