Where is the prepare_dataset.py?

Firstly, this is an excellent work.
I found that in the README, prepare_dataset.py is under the estimator folder, but actually it is under the loader folder.
By the way, could the author provide an End-to-End case for study and evaluation. Since it is a bit of hard to reproduce the result through several separate readme.

Also, could the author provides the root_dir folder as well as the files under this folder, thanks very much.
