[Request] Marquee Everywhere for BetterDiscord / PowerCord

Any way you can port this over or recreate for Discord on desktop? I know it's completely unnecessary and extra af but it still looks nice at-a-glance and saves bother of hovering my cursor over the channel /thread title.
