Climate Data Store Data Connector

Feature

Provide a new data connector for Climate Data Store providing access to the following two collections:

1. ERA5 post-processed daily statistics on pressure levels from 1940 to present
2. CORDEX regional climate model data on single levels

Story / Description

As a TerraKit user, I want to access data from ERA5 reanalysis and CODEX regional climate model data, alongside other dataset accessed through TerraKit, so that I can include data from each of these within my TerraKit curated dataset.

Test Cases

• [TerraKit Pipeline]: Given a set of labels and CDS is included in the download configuration, then CDS data should be downloaded and included in my dataset
• [TerraLit DataConnector]: Given a set a valid parameters for each supported collection, then the CDS DataConnector should find unqiue dates and downloaded the available data.
