disaggregate the 4 gypsy species in output into the original inputs

i want to have the gypsy simulation results disaggregated into my input species
so that i capture the full detail of my input data

@juliannosambatti #91 was merged

note that we have only created the function; we haven't created a way for users to disaggregate the results so #74 is still open

we can discuss how we might implement this

I was thinking we should do it as another subcommand

pygypsy disaggregate_simulation

but maybe it's better to tack it after the simulation and make it an option in the config
