Why jaws api removed

Hi,
Why did you remove the jaws api?
Now it will not read the text of the game anymore.
I think maybe you could use UniversalSpeech?

It was removed from Quest 5.9 because this is now a 64-bit application, and it wasn't compatible with the old JAWS DLL we were using.

I've already got an issue logged to look into a replacement for this - see #1294.
