[ETK-EXTRAS] Create the DataInjector mechanism for Performance Testing

1. Creates the Data Injector as Component and when it starts, it will execute to create the Data Inject.
2. Creates Data Injector service such as ComponentPlugin, and add the DataInjectorComponent when you need.
3. Creates the RestService for this one -> Now its pending until the Core/Rest is finished.
