Login/logout issues

@IronRunes Both Paola and I have reached a situation where we seen this:

This is happening when I'm already logged in.

However, I can't log out because the only button in the top bar is the 'register' button). I've tried a hard refresh, but that doesn't seem to help. Ideas?

@thomwithoutanh that is interesting. How did it happen? Can you or Paola replicate the issue?

this should be fixed now - let's keep it here and see if the issue arises again
