Spotify: Add browse/discovery commands

Feature Request

Add music discovery features to help users explore new music without leaving the terminal.

Proposed Commands

1. spotify:browse - Browse categories and featured playlists

   • New releases
   • Featured playlists
   • Categories (workout, focus, chill, etc.)

2. spotify:radio - Create radio stations

   • Based on current track
   • Based on artist
   • Based on genre

3. spotify:recommendations - Get personalized recommendations

   • Based on listening history
   • Similar to current track
   • Mood-based suggestions

Example Usage

php 💩 spotify:browse --new-releases
php 💩 spotify:radio --track  # Start radio from current
php 💩 spotify:recommendations --mood focus
