Docs site is still showing old docs

Hello! I just kickstarted a new project using this library (thanks!) and while setting this up, I noticed that your docs site is still showing the documentation for the older version. For example it still uses generateLambdaDispatcher StandaloneLambda defaultDispatcherOptions.

I see your docs are updated, but maybe you missed to deploy the changes to the site?

I've just published a new version of the doc site, although it looks like doc/index.md is not properly updated. Would you be up to changing it? Thanks :)
